About Suresh Martial Arts

       Suresh Martial Arts has founded to implement the Martial Arts to each and every part of our Country in the memory of Late Martial Arts Expert N.Suresh who passed away in the year 2009. Suresh Martial Arts has focused to build good relationship among the Martial Arts Experts and unites all martial arts. We are not belongs to any particular martial arts and common to all martial arts. In our terms, martial arts is a journey toward self improvement and self defence.

       Suresh Martial Arts hosts all martial arts events, details, technical camps, tournaments, class details, Photos, Videos and etc. Any martial arts master can register and update their details, events and any information about them in our website. Lots of people visits our website every day. At present Suresh Martial Arts is started focussing on India. Soon it will split all over World. All martial arts news and other updated information can be found on the website.

       There are more than 1,000 different forms of martial arts scattered around the world and dating back more than 2,000 years ago, right now we hosted few martial arts Like Karate, KungFu, Judo, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Muaythai, Taekwondo and MMA(Mixed Martial Arts) and very soon we will cover most of the martial arts around the world.

       No one really knows when the martial arts started and where.. Martial sports were developed for entertainment during peace time and to keep warriors fit and ready for war time. Through systematic practice in the martial arts a person's physical fitness may be boosted (strength, stamina, flexibility, movement coordination, etc) as the whole body is exercised and the entire muscular system is activated. Beyond contributing to physical fitness, martial arts training also has benefits for mental health, contributing to self-esteem, self-control,emotional and spiritual well-being.

        Martial Arts styles create "inner peace" in a practitioner, which is stressed to be only achieved through individual meditation and training. Practising Martial Arts makes believe that the use of physical force is only justified through defence.For this reason, our SMAA have focused purely on therapeutic aspects, de-emphasizing the historical aspect of self-defence or combat completely.
